Metric performance data

The metric data shown on the home page provides an overview of your Campaign activity based on measurements captured over the last eight days.

This information is available to all users, and the graphs contained within the metric data are scalable. The counts displayed indicate the values at the time of the last snap shot, typically taken overnight. Metric data is not subject to Engine row security, and therefore the counts could appear differently to the counts in live Campaigns. This happens where metric data is used, for example on Track Analysis. It is possible to configure goal lines against these graphs. For more information, see the Campaign Manager Administration Guide.

Audience

The information on the Audience tab shows the (SUM) of all active audience across all active campaigns in all data sources in the system.

This information is generated by someone, for example a power user, configuring this metric by accessing the API and flagging a numeric column as a metric - this column is then 'captured', averaged and presented on the homepage. The metric graph will display a 'no data message' if there is no data available that is it has not been configured. For example:

For more information on how to capture the metric data see the API Help, this can be accessed from the slide out navigation pane.
